JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase branch to oversee daily operations, greet clients, and drive exceptional service. You will partner with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, compliance, and a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and lasting relationships.

You will guide the team, promote self-service options, and maintain high standards for control, loss prevention, and audits while supporting clients with complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership skills and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Ability to educate and lead branch team and partners.
• Ability to build client relationships and refer specialists when needed.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service tools to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits.
