Qualifications

• Educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them efficiently through services.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve issues while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify access to accounts anytime, day or night.
• Support all branch operations, ensuring high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
