You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain loss control, policy adherence, and audit readiness, while guiding a team to greet and assist clients with genuine care and professional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Experience leading branch operations, ensuring compliance and loss control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients, anticipate needs, and queue them efficiently for service.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and resolving client issues with accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the team and tailored financial services to meet needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime, anywhere.
• Support the Branch Manager in loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure.
