Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s branch is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive client service, lead daily branch operations, and promote self-service options. You will work with the Branch Manager and team to ensure accurate transactions and compliant practices.

The role emphasizes client relationships, staff education, and a strong focus on policy adherence in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for anytime access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep operations secure.
