• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Educate clients and refer to experts as needed to address financial needs.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ensure compliance with policies.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support audits, loss control, and overall branch security.
