Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; weekend/extended hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital self-service and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve product knowledge and service quality.
• Follow internal controls and policy changes to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
