Job summary

Truist in Nashville is seeking a Regular, full-time client service professional. You will provide timely, accurate client transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support outbound outreach and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes compliant operations, cross-selling, and delivering a distinctive client experience across branches and channels, with engagement on both complex and standard transactions and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and attend trainings.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability with possible travel

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service solutions.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue knowledge through training and product knowledge meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution
