Qualifications

• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and how it benefits clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve product knowledge and service delivery.
• Follow internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
