Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time banking support associate in the United States. You will provide timely client transactions with accurate records and assist with outbound calls while delivering a high-quality service experience.

You will educate clients on digital banking options, support the sales process, and apply Integrated Relationship Management to tailor Truist solutions for customers. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
