Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Banking Client Services Specialist in the United States. You will deliver timely, accurate client transactions, educate customers on digital options, and support sales through outbound calling while addressing client needs and opportunities.

You may travel and work weekends as required. You will be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service, adherence to policies, and ongoing product knowledge to better serve both consumer and business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interaction and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Maintain awareness of internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
