Job summary

Truist seeks a Regular full-time Client Services Associate in the United States to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain thorough records. You will educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile) and participate in outbound outreach to identify needs and opportunities, while supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; weekend/extended hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support outbound outreach and identify client needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
