Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience is required.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and adapt to branch needs.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance service experience.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Upgrade product knowledge and attend meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
