Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker who will provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain complete records. The role supports sales and service through outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, while delivering a high-quality client experience.

You will educate clients on digital banking options and assist with new accounts, cross-training across sales and service. Regular weekend/extended hours may apply, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship/sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer apps (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions; assist with complex transactions as needed.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support team sales via outbound calls and client offers; refer to branch or specialist as needed.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, controls, and risk management; ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; assist branch as demand requires.
