Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Universal Banker in the United States. The role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience, educating customers on digital banking, and supporting the sales process. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in teller, cash handling, or client service, with strong interpersonal skills.

Travel and weekend hours may be required. Salary ranges from $45,760 to $54,500 with additional incentive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
