Job summary

NBT Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Banking Associate to deliver high-quality customer service and process routine transactions efficiently, while identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate partners.

This role may involve in-person or phone interactions and supporting basic consumer deposit openings. Education includes a High School Diploma or Equivalent, with at least one year of related banking or sales/customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions and account servicing with high accuracy per policy.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate business partners; conduct sales calls to meet customer needs.
• Participate in CRA community events and perform other duties as assigned.
