Responsibilities

• 65% Processes routine transactions and associated general customer and account servicing duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency including but not limited to routine and non-routine teller transactions in accordance with policy and procedures.
• 25% Identify customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations to assess and address the needs of the customer. Provides services to customers, including but not limited to basic deposit account opening and referring customers to the appropriate business partners when necessary.
• 5% Participates in community events that support efforts with the Community Reinvestment Act CRA.
• 5% Performs other duties as assigned and required.
