Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in the United States (Florida/Sarasota area). The role focuses on timely client transactions, accurate records, and delivering superior service while understanding clients' financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital self-service tools, support sales efforts, and participate in IRM initiatives, branch routines, and training to enhance product knowledge. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience at a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings and product knowledge sessions to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
