Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales through client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
