Job summary

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outreach, support IRM initiatives, and collaborate with branch teams.

Requires cash handling or teller experience, strong communication, and weekend/extended hours availability.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Work weekends and extended hours with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATM, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
