Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Florida is seeking a Regular Teller/Client Service professional to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver quality service while understanding client financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound outreach, and support the sales process by identifying opportunities and referring clients to branch experts. Knowledge of IRM concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs including temporary assignments or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand the Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
