Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to leverage banking solutions for clients.

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet clients' needs and help them achieve their financial goals. You will work as part of a team, adhere to regulatory requirements, and educate clients on technology tools like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements include SIE/Series 6 and state registrations; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships in person and by phone.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, procedures, and consult with team of experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
