Citizens Bank is seeking a part-time Teller in Oak Lane Manor, PA. You will greet customers, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and perform simple transactions with accuracy while creating exceptional experiences. Qualifications

• High School degree or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions
• Create amazing experiences for customers by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs and connect them to Bankers for the next step
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions or concerns
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures and comply with state and local laws
