Job summary

Citizens in the United States is seeking a Teller to greet customers in our lobby, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and help customers achieve their financial goals with personalized advice and solutions. You will follow all policies, including cash handling, and connect customers with Bankers for the next steps.

This role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong listening skills, and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with routine transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to meet customer needs and connect them to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits while following all policies and cash handling procedures.
