Citizens in Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with transactions, and guide them to the right banking solutions. You will demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, provide personalized, needs-based advice, and connect customers with Bankers for next steps.

Ideal candidates have strong listening and communication skills, experience handling transactions, and comfort with digital tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
