ConnectOne Bank in West Palm Beach is seeking a Banking Relationship Specialist to help acquire, retain, and expand banking relationships for business and consumer clients, while upholding the ConnectOne Culture.

You will cross-sell products, open deposit accounts, ensure compliance, assist other Branch team members, and participate in achieving branch sales goals, with a strong emphasis on service and People First values.

Qualifications

• Solid needs-based sales ability to grow banking relationships.
• 1–3 years of bank platform sales and teller experience.
• Knowledge of federal banking compliance requirements.
• Strong People First orientation and customer focus.
• Proven interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients by name and uphold ConnectOne Bank standards as a Branch team member.
• Cross-sell bank products and services in a consultative manner.
