ConnectOne Bank is seeking a Banking Relationship Specialist to build and expand banking relationships for business and consumer clients. The role emphasizes a Client First approach, cross-selling, and supporting branch operations to ensure exceptional service.

The position focuses on relationship acquisition and development, opening deposit accounts, and educating clients on available products and services while adhering to regulatory and security standards.

Competenze

• Strong needs-based sales skills.
• 1–3 years bank platform sales and teller experience.
• Detailed understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements.
