ConnectOne Bank in Glen Head, NY is hiring a Banking Relationship Specialist to acquire, retain, and expand client relationships for business and consumer customers, aligned with the bank's Client First culture. You will open accounts, educate clients on products, handle questions, support branch team, and ensure compliance while delivering outstanding service daily.

Qualifications

• Strong needs-based sales skills.
• One to three years bank platform sales and teller experience.
• Detailed understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements.
• Strong “People First” interest and ability.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients by name and uphold ConnectOne standards as an active Branch team member.
• Identify opportunities for relationship acquisition and cross-sell products and services.
• Perform account openings for deposit products and educate clients on offerings.
• Ensure all activities comply with operational, security and control procedures.
