Qualifications

• One to three years bank platform sales and teller experience.
• Detailed understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements.

• Greet clients by name and uphold ConnectOne standards as an active Branch team member.
• Identify opportunities for relationship acquisition and cross-sell products and services.
• Perform account openings for deposit products and educate clients on offerings.
• Ensure all activities comply with operational, security and control procedures.
