Job summary

JPMorganChase in Massachusetts seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and cultivate lasting relationships. You will engage clients in person and by phone to assess needs, tailor banking solutions, and connect them with specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and expanding relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining risk and compliance requirements.
• Work hours include weekends and some evenings as required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses are preferred or required; unlicensed applicants must pursue licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Meet with assigned clients in person or by phone to understand needs and build relationships.
• Explain and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult clients on banking solutions and connect them with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
