Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in a Chase branch. You will manage client relationships, promote banking solutions, and use digital tools to meet clients' financial needs with a consultative approach.

The role requires working with speed and accuracy while upholding regulatory standards, and the applicant must be able to work including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
