Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality, leverage advanced banking technology, and build lasting client relationships. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients while offering thoughtful financial solutions and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires licensing (SIE, FINRA 6, and Life licenses) with JPMorganChase support, weekend/evening availability, and a strong focus on customer experience and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulations; training completed.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; licensed within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
