Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet regularly to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
