Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining risk/compliance obligations.
• Requires completing training and license requirements within 180 days if hired.

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.

• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
