Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and openings.
• Educate clients on everyday banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
