• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and adhere to compliance requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and meet clients’ needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person or over the phone, to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
