The role emphasizes consultation, technology usage, and collaboration with specialists to address clients’ financial needs while adhering to regulatory requirements. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking/Financial Services with proven client acquisition and growth.
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product solutions.
• Excellent communication, both in person and over the phone, with diverse client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; SIE/Series 6 and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile, online banking, and ATM usage.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
