Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch and deliver hospitality-driven service while leveraging digital tools to meet client needs. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and shaping a positive customer experience.

You will work with a team to understand financial goals, meet branch hours including weekends, and stay compliant with banking regulations. This role emphasizes service quality and trust.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
