Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker for a branch role in Baltimore. You will welcome clients, offer tailored financial solutions, and help them navigate Chase’s digital tools to improve their banking experience.

You will build lasting client relationships, stay compliant with policies, and collaborate with product specialists to address complex needs in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Meet with assigned clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in line with bank policies.
