Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Westminster, MD to deliver warm, attentive service and greet clients as they enter the branch. You will help with account openings and everyday banking needs, using the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to support customers.

You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and collaborate with branch teams to meet financial goals while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service and greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations while following bank policies and procedures.
