Job summary

Chase seeks an Associate Banker to provide hospitality-driven service in a branch, assisting clients with everyday banking, opening accounts, and guiding them to digital tools. You will build trusted relationships, explain products, and partner with the team to meet clients' financial goals.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless experience across in-branch and digital channels.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Open new accounts and perform servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
Perform branch operations, including cash handling and using cash devices.
