Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in our branch network to deliver hospitality-first service and help clients meet their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through digital banking tools while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

You will build lasting relationships through active listening, thoughtful questions, and product knowledge, collaborating with the branch team to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Ability to collaborate with branch team.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, following bank procedures.
