Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will welcome and assist clients, leverage technology solutions, and provide thoughtful financial recommendations to meet their needs.

In this role, you will work with a team to ensure regulatory compliance, build lasting relationships, and help clients navigate banking solutions with a hospitality-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate within established risk parameters and comply with training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person or over the phone, to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
