Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients, understand financial needs, and provide thoughtful solutions using the latest banking technology. You will help clients navigate products and services to simplify their financial lives.

You will build lasting relationships, meet clients both in-branch and by phone, and collaborate with experts to address complex financial needs while maintaining branch operations and compliance with policies.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Learn products and processes quickly to advise on banking solutions.
• Assist branch operations, including cash devices, following bank policies.
