Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in an in-office, full-time role in Texas. You will grow a personal lines book of business and deliver exceptional client service with strong communication.

Ideal candidates have active P&C licensure, 1+ year in an independent agency (2+ years preferred), and experience with AMS360. You will collaborate with the marketing team on quotes and support a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• License required: Active Property & Casualty (P&C).
• 1+ year in an independent insurance agency; 2+ years preferred.
• AMS360 experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal lines book of 300-400 accounts.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing to quote new and renewal business.
• Utilize AMS360 to manage accounts and maintain records.
• Coordinate with assistants and team to handle COIs and applications.
• Participate in training and adapt to AI implementations.
