Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales in the P&C insurance industry.

• Self-directed with solid decision making and time management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an assigned book of business as primary client relationship manager.
• Handle inquiries regarding coverages, policy changes and general questions.
• Process paperwork for endorsements and billing; liaise with carriers.
• Manage renewals, pricing reviews and endorsements as needed.
