Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a branch, delivering hospitality-driven service and leveraging Chase solutions to help clients meet financial goals.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, provide thoughtful banking recommendations, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs while complying with regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry with proven success.
  • Ability to create memorable, high-quality client experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
  • Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 where required), and Life licenses are minimum; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
  • Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
  • Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and meet client needs.
  • Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
  • Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
