Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships, and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, build trust, and connect clients to experts as needed.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult on banking solutions and issues.
