Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand and culture with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will build trusted client relationships, offer thoughtful financial solutions, and support clients’ financial goals using our digital tools and expert teams.

Responsibilities include proactive client meetings, tailored product recommendations, and collaboration with specialists to address complex needs. The role requires compliance with banking regulations and weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses are required or obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps and online banking.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
