Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service using the latest banking solutions. You will welcome clients, assess financial needs, and guide them to products and digital tools while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

This role requires weekend/evening availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Operate within established risk parameters and comply with internal/external obligations
• Weekend and some evenings work hours may be required

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and connect them to our team of experts for specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
