Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment; manage lobby flow with a tablet, check clients into the queue, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and use technology self‑service options such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling duties in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
