Job summary

Responsibilities

Educate clients on daily banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships through active listening, thoughtful questions, empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in accordance with bank procedures.
